Stillwater Woman Pleads Guilty In Meth Injection Death Of Teen Daughter

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- A Stillwater woman charged in the meth overdose death of her 15-year-old daughter pleaded guilty in a Payne County court Friday morning.

Doris Rigsby, 33, was charged with first degree murder but pleaded to a reduced charge. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Authorities say Rigsby helped inject meth into the neck of her daughter, Linda Tucker, during a family reunion at Lake Carl Blackwell on June 26, 2010.

Reports say she was injected with almost 10 times the lethal amount of meth.

Linda was found dead in the back seat of a Suburban after Rigsby went for help several hours later.

According to an autopsy report, Tucker had four needle puncture marks on the left side of her neck. The Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide.

Jeffrey Phillips, 30, and Linda's brother were also charged in the death of the Cushing teen. Phillips pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 15 years.

Oklahoma City 'Ministry' Linked to Child Pornography, Rape ...

An electrical engineer and at the time a professor at Oklahoma State University, was found in possession of thousands of images of nude preteen children. Upon Soderstrand’s release from federal prison he eventually became a resident at Hand Up and now volunteers in their office. Most of Soderstrand’s child porn related to Asian boys. In August of this year, he is scheduled to attend a conference in Seoul Korea . Certainly, the pervert Soderstrand will find the sightseeing options satisfactory.

Under the leadership of former pastor Danny Layne the Church of God – Guthrie was implicated in a child’s death due to their withholding of medical care. Layne, a former heroin addict, has since opened up a COG cult in Ontario that has been involved in a number of child abuse complaints, accusations of forced marriages, and medical neglect. Prior to coming to Oklahoma and running the COG ministry, Layne spent, 19 years on the streets of Los Angeles and San Francisco using and selling drugs and committing a multitude of crimes. It’s unknown how often they may’ve crossed paths, but in Los Angeles Tony Alamo was running a street ministry that saw at least some involvement by Layne. There is a belief, though one we’ve not obtained evidence on, that Alamo brought Layne into his fold.
