In the center, place one large can of oil-cured tuna. Drizzle dressing over the entire salad and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

I'm always drawn to find different culture's versions of my favorite dishes, especially Italian versions of classic French dishes and vice versa. While I'm not above making mayonnaise from scratch, there are perfectly good commercial versions available at the supermarket, and you lessen the risk of falling ill from eating raw eggs, not to mention the aggravation of it failing to emulsify.
